I did appreciate the service you gave me re our leaflet. At the beginning you listened to what I wanted and the leaflet exactly reflected what I had requested. Small changes were made quickly and deadlines kept to. I didn't need to spend a long time in meetings or chasing things up. I thought the leaflet was a good design integrating new text with some elements of the previous leaflet. Thank you.
